Our team provides menu inspiration, advice, and expertise necessary for seamless catering planning and execution, allowing clients to focus on what matters most to them.

We believe your event’s menu should be as unique as the event itself. Our head chef and co-founder, Burak Ozcan, began his culinary journey preparing memorable meals across the Mediterranean. He brings a wealth of global and fusion cuisine expertise to our kitchen. This allows Ferah to craft custom catering menus with international flavors. In addition, our talented team of chefs is passionate about creating engaging experiences, offering interactive options like action and carving stations that add a memorable, dynamic touch to your event.

There are many benefits to having a leadership team with 25 years of hospitality expertise. One of the most important ones is that we understand the importance of detail. Jeremy Berlin, one of our co-founders, has two decades of experience in the hotel industry, gifting him insight into what it takes to execute an event operationally from top to bottom. Our team has been trained to look out for key details and additional touches that will ensure your event is elevated and seamless.

Ferah’s leadership team has worked in the DFW metroplex for many years. This has allowed Ferah to meet and work with the best talent in the service industry. We are proud that all our catering staff is provided in-house and not hired through a third-party temp company. You can rest assured knowing that all staff at your event are expertly trained in the Ferah five-star service standard.

Your event is telling a story...why shouldn’t the food? From custom menus with a signature cocktail to a prime rib carving station, your menu can be as diverse and delicious as you dream. Looking for a memorable, interactive experience for your guests? Consider our Risotto Action Station, where one of our expert chefs will prepare rich, creamy risotto right before your eyes. This live cooking station brings both flavor and excitement, creating a delightful, customized experience your guests will remember long after the event.
